If you think you have ordered a wrong article or, for any given reason, you don’t like you purchase, merchandise can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided it meets the following requirements:

  • All tags and original packaging must be intact
  • Merchandise must be unworn and undamaged
  • The original receipt must be attached

Bearing in mind the intimate nature of our products, standards of hygiene must be maintained. Therefore, certain items will NOT be exchanged. These include: panties, baby dolls, bodysuits and any other lingerie set or item that includes panties. Kindly ensure you order accordingly. In case of exchange, the customer will bear courier charges for one side.
